Percy Allan Clissett 1898 - 1917

Percy was born  1898 in Felton,  Herefordshire to Philip and Ellen Clissett, who later moved to  Longworth Lodge, Lugwardine, Herefordshire.

Percy served on the Royal Navy HMS Vivid,  as an Ordinary Seaman, which was a supply depot at Plymouth, Devon.  His service number was J.64926.  "HMS Vivid was the Navy barracks at Devonport.  It was commissioned in 1890 and operated as a training unit until 1914." (Wikipedia). 


He died in 1917 from pneumonia and diptheria and is buried at Ford Park cemetery Plymouth.


Percy was 19 years of age when he died.
